At the Mandarin Hide, we see ourselves as stewards of the craft cocktail culture.

With that said, our goal is to find the perfect drink for each guest’s preferences. If you cannot find a libation on our menu that meets your fancy, please let our staff build a signature cocktail for you. In addition to carrying one of the largest inventories of spirits, we also offer a bevy of craft beers and excellent wines. We hope that our cocktail lodge and social sanctuary can serve as your home away from home. We look forward to serving you and making your experience memorable; hence our motto:

Our Crew

We are lucky to have the best staff in the business. However, we know that we have to stay sharp in our craft. That is why we always take advantage of industry training programs, continuing education classes and routine in-house training sessions. Our staff also travels for education whether that be to cocktail conventions, the Bourbon Trail, or individual distillers.

Meet Our Mascot "Manny"

Manny sits stoically over the bar and sometimes wanders off site to preside over our pop-up Mandarin Hide's throughout Tampa Bay at different events and functions. He has been seen at The Dali Museum, Great Explorations, and could be summoned for your private event. along with some of our crew and a custom cocktail menu. Let us know what you have in mind and we can see if Manny's schedule is free.

The Proprietors

The proprietors are Florida natives and operate 7 unique concepts in Tampa Bay (The Mandarin Hide, Souzou Asian Kitchen, Trophy Fish, Mandarin Heights, Rock Brothers Brewery, The Tasting Room, and The Attic). Their focus is on bringing a one-of-a-kind experience to every guest.
